PXP-201 turns encryption into a standardized primitive that can later be combined with:

• verifiable content pipelines (AI detection + encrypted provenance),

• multi-node services that must exchange encrypted payloads safely.

It fits the “global protocol” vision: encryption becomes another node-aligned layer in the same network of privacy + truth.
